We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. If you place an order after 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), we will process it on the next business day.

Personalised & Bespoke Jewellery

Please note that we make all our personalised jewellery in house with our expert artisans. Production times for bespoke items can require a production time of up to 1-4 days depending on the type of jewellery being curated.

Shipping within the United Kingdom

  • FREE UK Standard: Delivery time is 6–10 business days.
  • UK Standard: Delivery time is 6–10 business days.
  • Priority Processing time is 5–8 business days.

    What is Priority Processing
    This allows customers who choose this at checkout to skip the production queue. This means your personalised order will be prioritised and processed before standard orders to achieve the fastest possible dispatch.
    Delivery estimate remains 6–10 Business Days, but many priority orders may arrive sooner.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • FREE UK Standard = Free on orders over £30
  • UK Standard = £1.99
  • Priority Processing = £4.99

  • FREE USA Standard: Delivery time is 7–12 business days.
  • Standard USA: Delivery time is 7–12 business days.
  • Priority Processing time is 6–10 business days.

  • FREE USA Standard = Free on orders over $40
  • USA Standard = $4.95

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
