Very cute bracelet

I ordered a 24 Ct Gold Rose for our 40th wedding anniversary from Eternal Rose. Unfortunately when ot arrived the presentation box was damaged and the actual Rose had some running of the gold dip around the top.

I contacted Eternal Rose, who sent a replacement, and by a more quicker delivery company, as by this point time was of the essence before the required date.

Communication throughout was extremely good, and they always answered any messages in a prompt and positive manner.

I reccomend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.
